French Drain Installation That Stops Flooding

"Just had a sprinkler system and landscape repair project completed. There were two broken pipes fixed, sprinkler heads replaced or adjusted and I had a large area of grass that was completely gone which was repaired. The sprinkler system inspection was thorough, I thought I had one broken pipe and during the inspection a second one was discovered. The previous home owner took some shortcuts which now started to show. Juan was very detailed in explaining and showing what the situation was and I felt very comfortable that I was being given honest and accurate information. The price of the project was very fair and Juan and his team are very courteous and I was kept well informed. Any future projects or repairs that may come up, I would have them back for sure. "The list of irrigation repair experts was long. I decided to call 3 for quotes. Arces Lawn Service was the last one I called. I received a detailed itemized estimatewithin a few hours. The first expert I called took 3 days, the 2nd took 2 days to provide an estimate. Estimate from #2 was a quite a bit less but only had 3 items listed with no prices, only the total. No mention of the main issue (leak in the back flow). Rain prevented Acres from completing the repairs over the next 2 days. But on the 3rd day they were there first thing in the morning. Completed the job, keeping me updated regularly and when the job was done walked me through each repair they had completely. The price was nearly half of what the first expert quoted.
